Short Description


Coaching for individuals who struggle with food, eating and body image. They can be underweight, normal weight or overweight and use food and eating (or not eating) as a life/feelings avoidance strategy. This can be overcome.

Approach to Coaching


Creative. Many individuals who suffer with addictions (food being one) are deep, smart, creative individuals themselves. Underneath eating and body image issues are underdeveloped life coping skills. These can be learned.
