I want to make a meaningful difference to the amount of qualified leaders in South Africa sighted by President Thabo Mbeki during a news broughtcast in 2005 as only being 2% of the working population currently in South Africa. I also have a desire To see executives and professionals live and role model a healthy balance between being the best @ work, home and within their relationships with loved ones and friends.To Help teams develop, increase team effectiveness and synergy as they surprize the bottomline outcomes through excellence, integrity and values as compass and applied effectiveness.
