Short Description

Louie Gardiner is a highly skilled Leadership Coach working across executive and community realms. In addition she facilitates the solving of strategic, operational and personal dilemmas. She specialises in innovative learning processes and coaching to bring out effective leadership at all levels. She is skilled at designing whole-system, fit-for-purpose interventions which bring together partners and stakeholders in shaping their own solutions at strategic, organisational and local levels. Her proven talents, approaches and methodologies are uniquely positioned to address complex local, regional and national challenges and to catalyse the achievement of outcomes.

Approach to Coaching

Be the change you want to see in the world� (Ghandi). An early fascination with leadership became a passion which, for 25 years, has fired my own personal learning as a leader, facilitator and coach. I seek to illuminate and inspire; to help leaders liberate their own and other�s talents � trusting that this will reap performance to be proud of and a culture in which all can flourish. My approach is holistic, drawing on a wide range of concepts, models, tools, processes including much of my own material, evolved over 26+ years of coaching and facilitating in organisations at every level.
