Short Description
Jenny works with both organisations and individual clients.

Organisations: Jenny works with international and local organisations, using life coaching as a way to prevent stress, disillusionment and burnout amongst staff. She was recently given 10/10 by one of her clients for this. The coaching takes place via video Skype.

For organisations in the Oxfordshire, UK, area, Jenny runs work-life balance workshops as well as face to face group coaching sessions.

By investing in life-coaching, as a preventative measure for staff, it shows forward thinking on the part of leaders, as well as showing how much an organisation values their staff.

Individual clients:

Life coaching starts from the present and takes you into the future. Are you feeling unsatisfied with life? This could be because what you care about has not been articulated or linked to what you are doing. Until you know who you are, you will not know which choices to make.

Life coaching looks at all the areas of your life - health, wealth, relationships, fun, spirituality and so on. Each session is tailored to the person who is being coached; you choose what is most important. If you are motivated a lot of weekly goals are set, enabling you to achieve. If you are struggling, stressed or close to burnout, a first step is usually finding out what needs to stop.

Approach to Coaching
I use the strengths and values based approach. Until you know who you are, you will not know which way to go to maximise and realise your potential.

I am very client focused. It is very important, when choosing a coach that you work with someone you feel happy with. Coaching is based on trust and honesty, if you are not happy with your coach, then you will not achieve what you want to achieve. I always spend time chatting to potential clients first, so they get to know me and get an idea of how we could work together.

A Few Words from the Coach
I get a thrill out of seeing people have an ‘epiphany’ moment. Finding out who you are and then getting where you want to go. I live in integrity and practice what I preach. How can I be a good coach to others if I do not break out of my own comfort zones, live a balanced life or achieve my own goals?

Testimonials
From individual clients:

Prior to working with Jenny I knew I couldn\'t carry on my career the way it was, but the problem was that I didn\'t know how to change it. Jenny got me thinking about my priorities in life and made me think outside the box when exploring job options. When I found the job of my dreams she was brilliant in helping me prepare for my interview. I now have a job that I am really excited about and it suits both me and my family. Frances Bristow, Oxfordshire.

I was finding my work/home life balance hard. I told Jenny my priorities and she enabled me move forward. Together we identified my skills and found a new direction for me. I have had a career change and am now training to be a psychotherapist. I feel much happier and my home life and future look good. Paula Alverez, Oxfordshire.

From organisational clients:

Jenny is professional and easy to work with. She has a knack of listening to all the information you give her and then pinpointing exactly what is needed to move forward. Dan Biddle, Oxfordshire.

Jenny being a natural encourager, during her coaching lifted me up and made me think about where I could make changes. She challenged to me set goals and see that they were met. Surprisingly this was fun! It was great to question a few things and recommit myself towards my role as office manager and assistant for the tech department. Christine Hempt, TWR

From a teenage client:

Life coaching has enabled me to become more disciplined so I can achieve what I want in life. Jenny coaches me in an amazing way. When we discuss something I want to achieve, she asks ME how I think I could move forward and that is good because no-one knows me better than myself. I know that what I will do will actually help me. Katherine Le Page, Oxfordshire.
